Shop Flannel Sheets by Size

Find the right fit for your bed before you choose your print.

• Twin and Twin XL: for single beds, guest rooms, and dorm rooms.
• Full and Queen: our most popular sizes for everyday bedrooms.
• King and California King: full-size coverage for larger beds.
• Split King and Split Top King: fitted sheets made specifically for split-top adjustable beds.
• Shallow pocket: for mattresses up to 6" or 9" deep, including RVs and campers.

Split King Flannel Sheets for Adjustable Beds

A split king bed is two Twin XL mattresses side by side, and each side moves independently. A standard king flannel sheet cannot handle that movement. The fitted sheet pulls against two separate bases, and the corners give way first.

Our CinchFit split king flannel sheets are built for this. Each side fits its own mattress, and the cinch design holds the fitted sheet in place as the head or foot of the bed articulates. The result is warm flannel that stays where you put it.

Flannel Prints and Solids

Choose the look that suits your room and the season.

• Fall prints: warm tones and seasonal patterns for the cooler months.
• Winter prints: deep colors and cozy motifs.
• Christmas prints: festive designs for the holiday season.
• Plaid flannel: a classic that works year after year.
• Solid flannel: quiet color for a calm, layered bedroom.

Why Choose American-Made Flannel

We make our flannel sheets here in the United States, hand-finished to order. That means careful construction, consistent sizing, and a set that holds up through repeated washing and many winters of use.

Flannel is brushed for softness, so it feels warm against the skin and breathable enough to sleep under comfortably. Choose flannel if you like a cozier bed in cold weather, or if you prefer a heavier, more substantial sheet.

Care for Your Flannel Sheets

Wash flannel in cool or warm water on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low. Avoid high heat, which can shrink the fabric and reduce softness over time. Wash before first use to set the brushed finish, and keep dryer sheets out of the cycle to preserve absorbency.

Not Sure Which Size to Order?

Measure your mattress depth before ordering, then match it to the pocket depth listed on the product page. If you have a split-top adjustable bed, an RV, or a boat berth, our custom-fit sheets are made to order for those dimensions.
