We guarantee a smooth and easy return process. All product returns can be initiated online using our automated returns portal. We provide exceptional customer service and we are always available and responsive to any questions you may have. Bedding

All bedding products are eligible for FREE returns that can be initiated in our Return Portal in customer accounts. 

Mattresses

All mattresses include a 100 night sleep trial. An in-home comfort exchange is available to adjust your mattress thickness so no returns are needed.

Latex Mattress Toppers

These products are not eligible for return.
