Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. Read our Shipping Policy for details.

When will my order ship?

Products ship within 1–2 business days, except made-to-order items. Check the individual product listing for made-to-order shipping timelines. These timelines refer to when your order ships, not when it arrives.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link. Use that link to follow your shipment with the carrier.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Orders may arrive in multiple packages, which may be delivered separately on different days or at different times. Check your shipping emails for tracking information for each shipment.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our Refund Policy states that we offer free returns on eligible bedding products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please review the full policy before starting a return.

How do I start a return?

Sign in to your account, select your order, and choose the return option. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.

Are returns free?

Returns are free for eligible bedding products under our Refund Policy. As noted in our Shipping Policy, products shipped through a third-party shipping service are not eligible for free return shipping.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Select the size, color, and other options shown on the product page, review what’s included, and add the item to your cart. Check your selections and shipping address before completing checkout.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. If you spot an error, email contact@quahogbaybedding.com with your order number and the requested change as soon as possible.

What payment methods can I use?

Where can I find dimensions, fabric, and what’s included?

Check the individual product description for dimensions, materials, available options, and set contents before ordering.

How do I choose the right sheet size?

Measure your mattress’s width, length, and depth, then visit our Sheet Size Calculators. Compare the recommendation with the sizing details on the product page. For tapered or unusually shaped mattresses, review the product’s shape-specific sizing instructions as well.

How should I care for my bedding?

Follow the care label and instructions supplied with your item, as care requirements vary by product.
