Flex Top King Sheets also known as Head Split or Top Split King Sheets are made for special adjustable king size mattresses where the top half of the mattress is split but the bottom is not. The set includes one fitted sheet that fits may split lengths, a top sheet and two King Pillowcases. Split King Sheets are made for special adjustable king size mattresses that are made up of two separate Twin XL Mattresses and include two fitted sheets along with a top sheet and two King Pillowcases.
