How long will it take to receive my order?
In the product descriptions we list whether a product is in stock and if not, how long it may take to ship the product. If you’ve ordered several items, timing would be based on the product that has the longest processing time.
How will I know that my order has shipped?
We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I place a rush on my order?
You can email us at email@example.com before placing your order to confirm whether we have the items in stock and how soon it would ship. We may recommend different materials or colors that we know are in-stock or on hand to make your product. We can offer expedited shipping but are unable to offer expedited processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t ship internationally. For our Caribbean customers, we recommend waiting until you are in a US island or territory to order from us. Lastly, for all other international customers, we ask that you find someone in the US that we can ship the products to and then have them ship them to you.
US Shipping Information
- In-stock items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days of placing your order.
- Products made to order are typically shipped within 8-10 business days. from the date of placing your order.
- You can pay for expedited shipping which will reduce the shipping time on your order however, the product fulfillment time will be the same depending on whether the product was in-stock or needing to be made to order. Ships Now products ship the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, we will post your tracking number and immediately send a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking details.
- Orders will arrive between 2-5 business days of shipment confirmation depending on the shipping address and shipping service paid for at the time of the order.
- Please be aware that some of our merchandise will be shipped directly from our manufacturers and not all boxes will arrive at the same time to your address.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and UPS Standard/Express for international orders.
- Please make sure that your correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process, in order to avoid costly address correction requests with our shipping companies and time delays. Return shipping costs for undeliverable addresses will be charged to the customer.
- Please double check to make sure that you have included the correct contact e-mail address and phone number with your order, in case we need to contact you for further information, or if our shipping company needs to contact you for delivery time.
- Please make sure to check your shipping address on your order confirmation – we do need a STREET ADDRESS. We do not ship using the postal service and cannot use an address with a P O Box.
